ABSENTEE BIDDING PROCEDURE
If you plan to bid on an item at a Hess Auction Co. LLC auction
you must make a minimum bid of $100, and if item is to be mailed or
handled by the auction company
there is a 10% buyers premium added to final price plus shipping and packing by the mailing company to be paid by purchaser prior to delivery of item.
